我们是谁Who we are

Redstone 是一个帮助家庭管理孩子作业和游戏时间的服务，由保加利亚的一个家庭运营。如有任何隐私方面的问题，请通过首页的「联系我们」表单与我们联系。

Redstone is a service that helps families manage homework and game time, run by a family in Bulgaria. For any privacy question, contact us through the "Contact" form on the home page.

我们收集哪些数据What we collect

• 家长账号：名字、邮箱、加密后的密码（如果用 Google 登录，还有 Google 账号标识）。
• Parent accounts: name, email, hashed password (and a Google account ID if you sign in with Google).
• 孩子资料：家长填写的名字、年级、学校、教材等。孩子不需要邮箱。
• Child profile: name, grade, school and textbooks as entered by a parent. Children don't need an email.
• 任务和作业照片：孩子提交的作业照片。照片会被压缩，并自动删除拍摄位置等隐藏信息。
• Tasks and homework photos submitted by the child. Photos are compressed and location data is removed.
• 电脑使用记录（仅在孩子电脑上安装了 Redstone 程序时）：正在运行的程序名称和运行时长，用于计算游戏时间。我们不截屏，不记录键盘输入，不读取聊天和文件内容。
• Computer usage (only if the Redstone app is installed): names of running programs and how long they run, used to count game time. We do not take screenshots, log keystrokes, or read chats or files.
• 孩子提出的申请（例如用 YouTube 查资料的理由）以及家长的审批记录。
• Requests made by the child (e.g. why YouTube is needed) and parents' decisions.
• 服务器访问日志：访问者的 IP 地址和访问时间，只用于安全防护（例如阻止猜密码），定期轮换删除。
• Server logs: visitors' IP addresses and access times, used only for security (e.g. blocking password guessing) and rotated regularly.
• 首页申请表单：你填写的名字、邮箱、国家、孩子年龄和留言。
• Home-page form: the name, email, country, children's ages and message you enter.

我们怎样使用数据How we use it

只用于提供 Redstone 服务本身：计算和显示游戏时间、让家长审批、发送你选择接收的通知。我们不放广告，不出售、不出租、不分享你的数据，也不用孩子的数据训练人工智能模型。

Only to provide Redstone itself: counting and showing game time, letting parents approve tasks, and sending the notifications you choose. We show no ads and never sell, rent or share your data, and we don't use children's data to train AI models.

谁能看到数据Who can see it

只有你们家庭的成员能看到自己家的数据。系统管理员只能看到统计数字（例如家庭数量），看不到任何家庭的作业、照片和使用记录。

Only members of your family can see your family's data. System administrators only see aggregate numbers (such as the number of families), never any family's homework, photos or usage.

数据存放在哪里Where it is stored

数据存放在欧盟境内的服务器上（芬兰赫尔辛基），全程使用 HTTPS 加密传输，并每天备份。如果你选择连接 Telegram 或使用 Google 登录，相关通知或登录会经过这些服务商。

Data is stored on servers in the EU (Helsinki, Finland), transmitted over HTTPS and backed up daily. If you choose to connect Telegram or sign in with Google, notifications or sign-in pass through those providers.

CookieCookies

我们只使用保持登录所必需的一个 Cookie，不使用任何广告或跟踪 Cookie。

We use a single cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

你的权利Your rights

按照欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR），你可以随时要求查看、导出、更正或删除你家庭的全部数据，也可以撤回同意。请通过「联系我们」表单提出，我们会尽快处理。

Under the EU GDPR you may ask at any time to access, export, correct or delete all of your family's data, or withdraw consent. Use the Contact form and we'll handle it promptly.

儿童Children

孩子的账号由家长创建和管理，并且需要家长同意本说明。在保加利亚，14 岁以下儿童的数据处理需要家长同意。

Children's accounts are created and managed by a parent, who must agree to this notice. In Bulgaria, processing data of children under 14 requires parental consent.

保存多久How long we keep it

账号存在期间我们会保存你家庭的数据；你要求删除后，我们会删除你家庭的全部数据，备份中的副本会在 14 天内随备份轮换一起清除。

We keep your family's data while the account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we delete all of it; copies in backups are removed within 14 days as backups rotate.
